Take a moment to reflect on what you hope to gain from our session. Whether you're seeking clarity on a specific topic, guidance on your path, or connection with a departed loved one, having a clear focus can help align the energy for the most meaningful experience.

Prepare Your Questions:
If there are specific areas of your life you'd like to explore, jot down a few questions in advance to ensure we focus on what matters most to you.

Question Recommendations: Prepare 5–8 questions for a 45-minute session and 10–15 for a 60-minute session.

Connecting with Departed Loved Ones: During your session, you’ll provide the first name of the loved one and your relationship to them. This helps invite the specific spirit you wish to connect with rather than opening communication to all universal energies.
Create a Peaceful Space:
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Dim lighting and a calm atmosphere can enhance your experience. Silence distractions, settle into a comfortable position, and keep water nearby to stay hydrated.

Clear Your Energy:
Relaxing beforehand helps you center yourself and align your energy. Try this simple breathing exercise:

Sit or stand comfortably with your feet grounded.

Close your eyes and focus inward.

Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four, imagining fresh, positive energy filling you.

Hold your breath for four counts, allowing the energy to settle.

Exhale slowly through your mouth for four counts, releasing tension and negativity.

Repeat 3–5 times, noticing how your energy shifts.

Keep an Open Heart and Mind:
Approach the session with curiosity and openness. Insights often arise when you least expect them, so allow yourself to receive freely. Readings are dynamic and conversational, like a game of charades with spirit.
